Commercial Construction
Majority of our experience has been in the commercial construction sphere. Mint Construction is Licensed in Denver with a Class B-II License which allows us to build new construction commercial projects and remodel any commercial space. We understand the important of efficiency and speed to complete your project in a timely manner and allow your business to continue to operate without interruptions. Residential Construction
Mint Construction understands the importance of your personal home being worked on and we strive for a personable experience with quality and craftsmanship in mind. We personally love doing residential as the end product tends to be satisfying to complete for our clients who have worked hard to get where they are now.

Pre-Construction
Before laying the foundation, meticulous planning is essential. Our pre-construction services ensure that every detail is thoughtfully considered, setting the stage for a successful construction project. We would love to connect you with vetted and experienced architects and designers to get your projects started. Working as a collaborated team can help you get within budget sooner and expectations are clear with design team and builder team from the start.
Problem Solving Oriented
We are always excited for the next challenge and love to collaborate to problem solve with our team through hurdles or existing conditions that we may encounter. Remodeling over 40 homes now has provided us with experience with all ages of homes whether historic or new. We will provide a solution to your project.
Site Management
Mint Construction offers consistent onsite supervision to ensure project is moving according to plan and schedule. Many questions arise onsite and having us present puts an ease of mind to you our clients. Our goal is to ensure you can continue doing your day to day activities as we construct your project.
Expectations & Communication
Mint Construction provides you with a full breakdown of the bid for your project. Following this we will provide you a contract to review. Prior to our start date a schedule will be provided for your benefit to help you understand how long this project will take along with real expectations of all material delivery and scope. Our invoicing is mirrored based on the final bid provided. We work based on percent complete and invoice either Bi-Weekly or Monthly. We use Company Cam to document our projects and provide a summary of weekly activities. We also schedule periodic onsite meeting to ensure accurate installation and no details are missed.
Work Force and Subcontractors
Our team is consistent of local subcontractors who are experts in their individual craft & in house laborers and project management staff to work on your projects. We hire the same subcontractors consistently as they continue to provide quality service and have clear expectation of our process and we understand their expectations. We are interested in provided quality service and all parties involved are interested in our projects with the same expectations. Our Subcontractors also provide efficient and quick turn around faster than most in house competition that we compete with.
Project Wrap Up and Completion
As we approach punch list phase and complete your project. We will provide a final completion and warranty form for your benefit. We stand by our product and provide a warranty on all work and any additional warranty from our subcontractors or material suppliers if applicable to your project.
